Conditions for the return and exchange of items
• Within 30 days after arrival
• Original packaging, including unhandled labels
• Complete product, unused, without damage
• Attach original purchase invoice
• Shipping costs will be covered by the customer
• To complete the return process please give us 7-14 days
Return / Exchange process
Please make sure that all returns are sent through a signature recording / delivery tracking system, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage suffered during the return of the merchandise.
• To return / exchange a product please download the following FORM
• Fill the form
• Send the unused item or items with the documentation to the address provided at the bottom of the form
• Be sure to save the tracking number of the return
• The cost of the return must be covered by you, however for an exchange, the cost of returning this back to you would be covered us.
• The refund will be made as soon as possible and within 7-14 days from the date we receive the product (s).
Product changes in poor condition or supply error
Returns due to factory defects or supply error must be communicated within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt by email to email@example.com, indicating the order number and images of the defect located.
Once confirmed that it is a factory defect and the product is unused we will send a transport agency to pick it up, we will check the possible defects and if all the requirements are met we will make a new shipment within 7 days of receipt, in case of unavailability of the product we will proceed to pay the amounts paid for the product and the shipping.
